TJ Lowery

TJ Lowery is currently the Director of Human Resources at the Arizona Boardwalk. She oversees the HR strategy for Arizona Boardwalk’s six attractions and one retail store which includes the iconic OdySea Aquarium and Butterfly Wonderland. TJ is also an Arizona Realtor and Veteran who served 15 years in the United States Army. As a Human Resources professional, TJ has a wealth of knowledge which includes leadership development, race equity, total rewards, employee relations/investigations and training. TJ currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for NAAAHR - State of Arizona Chapter and Co-Founder of DR@W- Defeat Racism At Work.

TJ focused her studies in Accounting and Human Resources at Ottawa University. TJ is musically trained in several instruments and enjoys the arts, tennis and being a mother to her three children and her granddaughter- Navy.
