Max Wright

Max Wright is currently a Gallery Educator for the Virginia Aquarium. Max has been a Virginia resident for most of his life, living around the Tidewater region for his childhood and attending university at Virginia Tech with a degree in Wildlife Conservation. Max has always been a very silly, passionate, and community oriented person which is what in part led him to pursue a career in the natural sciences. Currently, Max is interested in finding ways to quickly inspire empathy in guests at the aquarium, so that they may leave the facility empowered to make conscious conservation-positive decisions in their day-to-day lives. When Max isn't educating his community, he enjoys spending his time volunteering for the Foodbank and other science museums. He loves to read, create, explore the natural world and practice gratitude whenever he can.
