Jeremiah Gard

Jeremiah is the Director of Business Operations at the Red River Zoo where he oversees much of the front of house operations. This includes admissions, the carousel, and the concession stand. Additionally, he works on social media content for the zoo as well as handling their outgoing e-newsletter.

Jeremiah’s favorite part of his job is the daily opportunity he gets to connect to the natural world. He also appreciates that no two days seem to be the same and not knowing what each day might hold. Jeremiah advises to volunteer as many different places as you’re able to. Volunteering is a great way to learn new things, meet new people and develop networking skills.
