Year zoo career began:

Chris Johnson joined Wildlife Conservation Society in September of 2018. Graduating from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Animal BioScience, Chris began his conservation career with Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium and has since held positions with Zoo Atlanta (Birds & Small Animal Keeper, Education Animal Supervisor), Stone Mountain Park (Interpreter/Animal Keeper), San Diego Zoo (Animal Keeper), Fort Worth Zoo (Animal Outreach and Conservation Center Manager), Dallas Zoo (Interpretive Programs Director), and National Audubon Society (Senior Education Manager). Chris specializes in animal behavioral management, education programming, and project management. He has been featured in numerous local and international media appearances spanning print, radio, and television.
